Iceland is the land of waterfalls, dream come true for photographers. The south coast tour gives you amazing opportunity to find and shot beautiful waterfalls in a one day.

Seljalandsfoss is the first one, a beautiful waterfall where you can go behind and shoot the sunset during the summer. It also gives you the opportunity on a sunny day to see a rainbow infront of it.

Gljúfurbúi is a waterfall just few minutes away from Seljalandsfoss, a walking distance. The waterfall is hidden in a narrow canyon and it is a challenge to shot it. There’s always coming some spray from the waterfall, you’re very close to it and need to have wide lens to get the full size of the fall.

Skógafoss is the next one. He can be tricky because you can go very close to it and there for have many people in front of your camera. Here is one way of shooting the waterfall from a distance, there is a little lake along the main road which is sometimes giving this great reflection and a calm day. Look out for it and use the opportunity if it is there.

Kvernufoss is still like a hidden gem, a waterfall close to Skógafoss. Not many people know about the waterfall and the big busses are not going there. It’s a beautiful waterfall in a narrow canyon and the best thing is that you can go behind it without getting wet.
